Manager, Program Delivery
Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and portfolio reviews with stakeholders to confirm timelines and alignment.
- Support management of the IT portfolio by tracking run and change work, monitoring initiatives, and maintaining milestone updates.
- Assist with stakeholder engagement and risk escalation, ensuring clear communication and accurate performance reporting.
- Supervise and/or provide guidance to delivery resources such as project coordinators and support effective delivery execution.
- Prepare status updates and dashboards for leadership, ensuring technical information is clearly communicated in business terms.
- Participate in post-implementation reviews and track performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Technology, or a related field
- 7+ years of experience in technology program and portfolio delivery management, with a proven track record of leading complex, cross-functional initiatives
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with ability to work with diverse stakeholders and resolve issues proactively
- Demonstrated ability to mentor junior staff and serve as a resource on best practices across delivery functions
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization, including C-level executives
- Experience supporting initiatives using waterfall and agile methodologies
- Good understanding of governance frameworks, intake and prioritization processes, and delivery operations
- Basic understanding of financial tracking and vendor coordination

Compensation
- The Salary for this position generally ranges between $113,000 - $144,000 annually. Please note that the salary range is a good faith estimate for this position and actual starting pay is determined by several factors including qualifications, experience, geography, work location designation (in-office, hybrid, remote) and operational needs. Salary may vary above and below the stated amounts, as permitted by applicable law.
- Additionally, this position is typically eligible for an Annual Bonus based on the Company Bonus Plan/Individual Performance and is at the Company’s discretion.
