Responsible for assisting in the management of projects by maintaining and scheduling work breakdown structures, collecting information for status communications, and maintaining project information.
Responsibilities
Assist in the research and analysis for select projects.
Conduct interviews to help define the business requirements and to produce the appropriate system and functional documents based on the type and size of the project.
Communicate updates to the team.
Assist with prioritizing the implementation systems with business needs.
Serve as project administrator for multiple projects.
Schedule and maintain work breakdown structures (tasks) of multiple projects.
Ownership of webinar platform including template creation, meeting setup, post meeting reports and other associated projects
Working Knowledge of SharePoint, ON24 and Seismic
Qualifications
Associates degree in business or equivalent training/experience required.
Experience with project development/management tools and Microsoft Office required.
Minimum of 3+ year’s experience, preferably in the insurance and/or financial service industry
Preferred Qualifications
Strong verbal and written communication skills. Proven interactive abilities with internal partners and management. Proven experience utilizing analysis and problem-solving skills. Working Knowledge of SharePoint, ON24 and Seismic

The Salary for this position generally ranges between $52,500-69,500K. This range is an estimate, based on potential qualifications and operational needs. Salary may vary above and below the stated amounts, as permitted by applicable law.
Additionally, this position is typically eligible for a 7.5% Annual Bonus based on the Company Bonus Plan/Individual Performance and is at Company discretion.
