The Security Provisioning Analyst is responsible for provisioning and maintaining secure access across a wide range of enterprise applications. This role plays a key part in supporting Aegon’s security and compliance programs by ensuring that access requests are handled accurately, efficiently, and in alignment with regulatory requirements.

What You Will Do:

  • Provision and manage user access across multiple business applications, ensuring compliance with internal security policies and external regulations.
  • Process access requests submitted through ServiceNow/OneForm, adhering to established security guidelines and procedures.
  • Evaluate and enforce appropriate access levels based on role, business need, and security standards.
  • Monitor user access for compliance and take corrective action when noncompliant situations are identified.
  • Provide support for access-related issues escalated by the Customer Service Center (CSC).
  • Collaborate with application owners, IT teams, and business users to ensure accurate and timely provisioning.
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of documentation for provisioning processes and procedures.
  • Support audit and compliance efforts by maintaining accurate records and participating in access reviews.

What You Will Need:

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent knowledge.
  • Minimum of 1 - 2 years of experience in application provisioning or access management.
  • Strong understanding of Windows security and enterprise application access controls.
  • Ability to maintain regulatory compliance (e.g., SOX).
  • Experience with scripting (PowerShell or VB) is desirable.
  • Excellent communication, customer service, and decision-making skills.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
