EPM Development Engineer
Overview
Develops and optimizes Oracle EPM applications such as ARCS, TRCS, EPCM, FCCS, and EPBCS. Oversees security, compliance, and integrations with Oracle GL and downstream systems to support financial planning and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze and document business requirements to ensure technical solutions address stakeholder needs.
Collaborate with business users to map current vs. future state processes and identify improvement opportunities.
Support testing cycles by validating functionality, documenting gaps, and coordinating with technical teams.
Develop and configure Oracle EPM modules (ARCS, TRCS, EPCM, FCCS, EPBCS) to support financial close, tax reporting, profitability, and planning processes.
Build and maintain integrations between Oracle EPM modules and Oracle GL, ensuring accurate data flow.
Configure and monitor Oracle Security & Controls to safeguard sensitive financial data.
Collaborate with Finance and IT teams to improve automation and performance across EPM applications.
Troubleshoot issues, implement enhancements, and support upgrades to meet business needs.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
6+ years of experience implementing Oracle EPM solutions.
Proficiency in Oracle EPM Cloud tools and integration methods.
Strong understanding of financial planning and reporting processes.
Excellent analytical, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
