The Junior Vendor Operations Analyst supports outsourced technology resource management by executing defined operational processes, maintaining accurate data across systems, and collaborating with internal teams, suppliers, and stakeholders. This role helps ensure vendor and contractor activities are completed accurately and efficiently while supporting reporting, documentation, and continuous improvement efforts.

What You Will Do:

  • Support documentation and review of Active Directory and Build Request profiles to ensure information is accurate and complete.
  • Assist Technology Leads and Global Technology teams with resource and role requirements, including profile setup, software access, and Active Directory access needs.
  • Consolidate, analyze, and maintain data across multiple systems and data sources.
  • Support dataset governance, scheduled reporting activities, metric generation, process documentation, and identification of improvement opportunities.
  • Use automation or AI-enabled tools where appropriate to improve efficiency and support practical problem solving.
  • Investigate and help resolve time-reporting discrepancies between ServiceNow PPM and SAP Fieldglass.
  • Calculate, analyze, and report contractor and resource-related metrics using established templates and processes.
  • Conduct Beeline contractor roster audits and support follow-up or data clean-up activities.
  • Monitor contractor end dates and support extension and expiration processes in coordination with the Beeline PMO team.
  • Track and report SLA, KPI, and CPI performance metrics according to established reporting requirements.
  • Measure and monitor contractor onboarding lifecycle metrics and identify items requiring follow-up.
  • Partner with the Beeline PMO team to support job posting submissions, updates, and ongoing resource management activities.

What You Will Need:

Qualifications

  • 0–2 years of relevant experience in vendor operations, resource management, technology operations, reporting, or a related support function.
  • Well-organized, detail-oriented, and collaborative, with the ability to follow established processes accurately.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving environment while using validated information to support accurate outcomes.
  • Ability to support data consolidation, analysis, and maintenance across multiple systems and data sources.
  • Good communication, follow-up, and relationship management skills.
  • Proactive approach to completing assigned work, validating data, raising questions, and supporting process documentation.

Preferred

  • Intermediate Microsoft Excel proficiency, including pivot tables, slicers, reports, and functionality used for analysis and presentations.
  • Exposure to AI or automation tools that improve efficiency or support practical problem-solving.
  • Experience with Beeline or Fieldglass, Active Directory, ServiceNow PPM, SharePoint, and Apptio.
