The Senior Vendor Operations Analyst supports and helps lead outsourced technology resource management activities. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate vendor and contractor data, coordinating operational processes across multiple stakeholders, supporting reporting and compliance activities, and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency through process improvements, automation, and data-driven insights.

What You Will Do:

  • Own the documentation and review of Active Directory and Build Request profiles, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and alignment with role requirements.
  • Partner with Technology Leads to define resource and role requirements and coordinate with Global Technology teams to establish new profiles with appropriate software and Active Directory access.
  • Maintain and govern vendor and contractor datasets, meet scheduled reporting timelines, generate operational metrics, and recommend process improvements.
  • Manage, investigate, and resolve time-reporting discrepancies between ServiceNow PPM and SAP Fieldglass, escalating issues when needed.
  • Calculate, analyze, interpret, and report contractor and resource-related metrics for management review.
  • Lead audits of the Beeline contractor roster and follow through on required corrections or data clean-up activities.
  • Monitor contractor end dates and proactively manage extension and expiration processes in coordination with the Beeline PMO team and business stakeholders.
  • Track, report, and provide insight into SLA, KPI, and CPI performance metrics.
  • Measure and monitor contractor onboarding lifecycle metrics, identifying trends, delays, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Partner with the Beeline PMO team to support job posting submissions, updates, issue resolution, and ongoing resource management activities.

What You Will Need:

Qualifications

  •  5+ years of experience in vendor operations, workforce management, technology resource management, reporting, or a related operational support role.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
  • Ability to consolidate, analyze, validate, and maintain data across multiple systems and data sources.
  • Strong analytical judgment and the ability to make informed decisions based on validated information and established processes.
  • Excellent communication, relationship management, follow-up, and stakeholder coordination skills.
  • Proactive approach to identifying risks, escalating issues appropriately, and recommending process improvements.

Preferred

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency strongly preferred, including pivot tables, slicers, reports, macros, and data validation.
  • Experience using automation or AI tools to improve efficiency, solve business challenges, or develop practical solutions.
  • Experience with Beeline or SAP Fieldglass, Active Directory, ServiceNow PPM, SharePoint, or Apptio.
