The Lead Web Security Analyst will oversee the strategic planning and execution of IAM, SSO, and CIAM projects, ensuring robust security and seamless user access.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the strategic planning and execution of IAM, SSO, and CIAM projects.
  • Conduct comprehensive security assessments and audits.
  • Lead incident response and forensic investigations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security solutions.
  • Develop and enforce security standards, policies and standards.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in web security, IAM, SSO, or CIAM.
  • Proven expertise in security protocols and standards.
  • Strong leadership and strategic planning skills.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Extensive experience with CIAM solutions and best practices.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA Security+, CISSP).
  • Advanced knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., Java, JavaScript, JSON, Ansible, Python, Okta Expression Language and Terraform).


Working Conditions

  • Non-standard work hours may be required due to global support
  • On-call rotation for 24/7/365 coverage as required
  • Occasional Travel <10%
  • Domestic and international travel may be required as necessary
