Senior Sailpoint Engineer
As a member of the IAM Team, you will be responsible for ensuring these security principles are met through access certifications, application onboarding, identity lifecycle management, and governing Joiner, Mover, Leaver processes.
What You Will Do:
- Designs, develops, tests, implements, and integrates SailPoint IGA solution with applications and platforms across Aegon’s environment.
- Onboards applications, creates workflows, rules, policies, and reports based on business requirements.
- Develop and configure queries to build and initiate access (re)certification campaigns.
- Design and develop (code) rules, applications, workflows, custom tasks, custom connectors, UI pages and custom reports.
- Partner with IT and Business leaders to understand requirements, controls, and standards to ensure the IGA solution is implemented appropriately.
- Interpret policies, controls, and standards with InfoSec, risk, and compliance teams, ensuring policies, controls, and standards are properly implemented and built into the IGA solution.
- Supports and resolves system incidents, problems, and changes.
- Train and mentor other team members on the use of the SailPoint IdentityNow platform.
- May lead larger projects and initiatives.
What You Will Need:
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in management information systems or equivalent knowledge.
- A minimum of five years of hands-on experience with designing, developing, and supporting IGA solutions, including SailPoint IdentityNow
- Experience developing and configuring most common SailPoint connectors including Active Directory (AD), Azure AD, JDBC, exchange, mainframe, web services, and authoritative source integrations (Workday, Fieldglass)
- Experience with role-based access controls and configuring automated provisioning and deprovisioning.
- Experience configuring and developing queries to initiate access (re)certification campaigns.
- Experience with software development lifecycles (SDLC) and Agile development methodologies.
- Candidates must possess excellent verbal communication, decision making and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a team and remote environment, adapt quickly to change and learn new applications or environments is required.
- Must be highly organized and maintain quality work while meeting deadlines.
- Extreme attention to detail is necessary due to audit and regulatory requirements.
