Local IT Support
What You Will Do:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support.
- Ability to communicate technical information clearly and effectively to non-technical users.
- Ability to maintain a calm and composed demeanor under pressure, especially when dealing with urgent or high-stakes issues.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on VIP clientele.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Patience and empathy when dealing with users who may be frustrated or under pressure.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
- High level of attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Windows and macOS operating systems.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and other common business applications.Knowledge of mobile device management (MDM) solutions. (iPhone + Android).
- Familiarity with network troubleshooting and basic networking concepts.
- Experience with printer setup and maintenance.
- Ability to set up and troubleshoot conference room Audio/Video equipment.
- Understanding the use of ticket-based systems.
Preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred).
- Experience supporting senior management or VIP clients.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Professional) are a plus.
Working Conditions
This is an on-site position in the Budapest office. However, there will be some flexibility to work remotely when business needs allow.
