Aegon has achieved "Prime Status" with a "C+" rating. Prime Status demonstrates exceedance of the industry-specific scoring threshold and its particular risk exposure and footprint.

Aegon participates in the annual CDP (Climate Change) disclosure, publishing detailed management and performance information around the integration of climate change in the context of our business activities.

Additionally, Aegon Ltd participates in their independent, annual Global Workplace Pride benchmark. The benchmark measures LGBTQ+ policies and practices of employers.
