2024 Final Dividend*

Aegon proposed an 2024 final dividend* per share of EUR 0.19 at the second half 2024 results on February 20, 2025.
If the proposed dividend is approved by shareholders at Aegon's Annual General Meeting on June 12, 2025, Aegon’s shares will be quoted ex-dividend on June 16, 2025. The record date for the dividend will be June 17, 2025, and the dividend will be payable as of July 7, 2025.

- ABN-AMRO NV (“ABN”) for financial intermediaries holding common shares via Euroclear Nederland;
- Citibank, N.A. (“Citibank”) for holders of New York Registered Shares;
- Other DRIPs may also be available from the intermediaries through which investors hold their shares.
DRIP offerors – ABN, Citibank and other intermediaries – provide their DRIPs fully on their account and thus not on behalf of Aegon Ltd. Therefore, interested parties should contact DRIP offerors directly.
