Project Coordinator
Responsibilities
Coordinate the development of project timelines and tasks lists.
Research issues that arise and provide necessary information to impacted stakeholders.
Administer and participate in team tasks; maintain accountability for on time delivery.
Collaborate with other departments during the project analysis phase to understand business processes, impacts, and user requirements.
Review existing processes and/or systems and make recommendations on process improvements or changes.
Define required project tasks to determine scope and delivery.
Assist management in the implementation of effective training and continuing education curriculum for supported groups.
Provide support to management and PMO objectives.
Facilitate resolution of major project issues and ensure timely communications.
Create, maintain, and update standard operating procedures for processes and tools used; provide training as needed.
Drive common understanding and usage of tool suite.
Acquire, maintain, and expand knowledge of relevant technologies and network operating procedures.
Periodically conduct and participate in project review meetings; communicate within the project team and with customers concerning risks, issues, and changes.
Work collaboratively to achieve team goals and outcomes.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a business or technical field, or equivalent experience
Two years of experience supporting continuous improvement, preferably in internal audit, finance, or administration, or work in consulting or program management
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Analytical skills and attention to detail
Technical aptitude to work with multiple systems
Proficiency with MS Office suite, including Excel and Project
Preferred Qualifications
Formal instruction in process improvement methodology
Quality training/certification
Experience with ServiceNow

Compensation:

The Salary for this position generally ranges between $52,000 - $68,000 annually. This range is an estimate, based on potential qualifications and operational needs. Salary may vary above and below the stated amounts, as permitted by applicable law.
Bonus Eligibility:
This position is also typically eligible for an Annual Bonus based on the Company Bonus Plan/Individual Performance and is at Company Discretion.
