Portfolio Coordinator
Responsibilities:
Support project management staff to consistently apply SPO project standards and methodology, including audit activities and timesheet adherence.
Oversee budget and capacity tracking within the ServiceNow PPM tool.
Create presentations for delivery to executive sponsors, business and technical leads ensuring data required to support management decision-making and forecasting is captured and reported efficiently.
Coordinate cross-program discussions and facilitate meetings; identify information to be shared, and plan and prepare meeting agendas.
Serve as an information resource and attend enterprise meetings as a PMO representative in the absence of Program Manager.
Make recommendations on process improvements.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in a business or technical field, or equivalent education and experience.
Two years of related work experience. Advanced degree may substitute for some experience depending on business need.
Understanding of the business environment.
Strong written and verbal communication skills to articulate information and interact with a wide-range of business groups.
Analytical skills to monitor and manage risks.
Attention to detail to track budgets.
Proficiency in MS PowerPoint.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience using MS Project Server or other Portfolio and Project management tools and proficiency in ServiceNow PPM
Working Conditions:
Non-commuting Remote employees will not be assigned to report to a Company office location (although they may need to travel to a Company office upon request) and will perform their work remotely.

The Salary for this position generally ranges between $66,500 - $74,000 annually. This range is an estimate, based on potential qualifications and operational needs. Salary may vary above and below the stated amounts, as permitted by applicable law.
Additionally, this position is typically eligible for an Annual Bonus based on the Company Bonus Plan/Individual Performance and is at Company discretion.
