Senior Business Intelligence Analyst
Responsibilities:
Execute and deliver BI data solutions to deliver information to end-users accurately and efficiently.
Develop understanding of business processes, priorities, and strategy to enable insights based on data and advanced analytics.
Continuously develop and maintain an understanding of Business Intelligence technology and architecture, including data warehousing, dimensional modeling, OLAP functionality, reporting tools and other methods of information delivery.
Create data pipelines needed for Advanced analytics.
Continuously develop expertise in the data and data models within the data warehouse, as well as an understanding of supported business domains.
Communication and presentation of reports and in-depth analysis, including recommendations for optimizing business processes and opportunities for realizing sales efficiencies.
Resolve technical issues, such as report/query malfunction, lapse in visualization stability/functionality and continuous monitoring of BI products.
May conduct user interviews and training sessions.
May mentor teammates on BI tools and methods.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education/experience.
Minimum of 5 years work experience.
Advanced understanding of data tools for visualization, extraction, modeling, CRM solutions and SQL and BI Concept tools.
Demonstrated ability to write SQL/TSQL queries to retrieve/modify data
Hands-On experience with AWS data stack.
Proven ability to work with less senior staff for guidance in solution delivery
Ability to abstract a concept into a series of lifecycle components and events.
Hands-on experience in data modeling, data discovery and the application of data to resolve business problems.
Proven problem solving ability and a willingness to think “outside-the-box”.
Preferred Qualifications:
Analytical and problem-solving skills to perform high-level analysis and resolve technical issues.
Communication and presentation skills for delivery of reports and analysis.
Ability to multi-task and work as part of a team in a dynamic and complex environment.
Proficiency using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Experience leading a full lifecycle BI project team from concept to delivery.
Expertise with visualization tool, preferably PowerBI.
Hands-On expertise with ETL and ELT technologies and techniques
Experience in B2B/Financial services/insurance
Working Conditions:
Non-commuting Remote employees will not be assigned to report to a Company office location (although they may need to travel to a Company office upon request) and will perform their work remotely.

The Salary for this position generally ranges between $92,000 - $120,000 annually. This range is an estimate, based on potential qualifications and operational needs. Salary may vary above and below the stated amounts, as permitted by applicable law.
Additionally, this position is typically eligible for an Annual Bonus based on the Company Bonus Plan/Individual Performance and is at Company discretion.
