Intermediate Financial Analyst - World Financial Group Finance
Responsibilities:
Help develop strategic review process for the Distribution business to track progress on current objectives and present new business opportunities
Develop a bottom-up yet dynamic Forecast/Plan model driven by agent force growth and productivity segments (by product/country/team)
Assemble compelling and clear financial analyses supported by deep data views on opportunities and risks of the business, notably around sales expansion
Help develop and launch a new Distribution Competitive Intelligence function covering financial and non-financial facets of the business
Develop a strong working knowledge of the Distribution business to expand Business Partnership value-add over time
Partner with other BU CFO members on Results Governance, specifically around development of executive messaging, insights, and compelling management actions
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance and/or equivalent work experience.
Minimum 3 years of experience, with degree.
Advanced computer skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Working knowledge of financial area preferred (for example, investments, insurance products, premium).
Ability to effectively communicate orally and in writing, ability to handle multiple projects, customer service approach, willingness to take on new projects, analytical.
Work effectively individually and within a team; organizational and prioritization skills.

Fast paced deadline-driven environment.
Non-commuting Remote employees will not be assigned to report to a Company office location (although they may need to travel to a Company office upon request) and will perform their work remotely.
The Salary for this position generally ranges between $65,000 - $85,000 annually. Please note that the salary range is a good faith estimate for this position and actual starting pay is determined by several factors including qualifications, experience, geography, work location designation (in-office, hybrid, remote) and operational needs. Salary may vary above and below the stated amounts, as permitted by applicable law.
Additionally, this position is typically eligible for an Annual Bonus based on the Company Bonus Plan/Individual Performance and is at the Company’s discretion.
