Retirement Plan Technical Support Specialist
Responsibilities:
Research and provide resolution on plan and participant level services being administered to ensure compliance standards are met.
Perform live table updates, inserts, and deletions using DB2 SQL.
Research issues concerning application and process problems; help to identify the “root” cause of the issue and follow through to resolution. Escalate to higher level staff as needed.
Audit, analyze and reconcile data quality reviews concerning participant records being transferred or uploaded; ensure compliance within the plan’s ongoing administrative operation.
Review and analyze retirement plan documents, with system set-up/functionality, to ensure ongoing operation complies with the plan document.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in a business field or equivalent experience
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Organizational skills and attention to detail
Technical aptitude
Good written and oral communication skills
Proficiency using MS Office
Preferred Qualifications:
Pension/retirement administration experience
AQT knowledge
Advanced skills in MS Excel
Working Conditions:
Commuting Remote employees will need to report to a Company office location at times, but will perform their work primarily remotely.
The Salary for this position generally ranges between $49,000 - $57,000 annually. Please note that the salary range is a good faith estimate for this position and actual starting pay is determined by several factors including qualifications, experience, geography, work location designation (in-office, hybrid, remote) and operational needs. Salary may vary above and below the stated amounts, as permitted by applicable law.
Additionally, this position is typically eligible for an Annual Bonus based on the Company Bonus Plan/Individual Performance and is at the Company’s discretion.
