Director, Strategic Business Planning (Retirement/Employee Benefits)
Responsibilities:
- Champion organizational change and promote a culture of accountability, collaboration and customer service excellence.
- Facilitate the production support process in partnership with business, IT teams and ensure work is prioritized, resources are planned, and the team successfully resolves issues
- Manage dashboard of production support tickets for Retirement and Employee Benefits ensure the backlog of production support tickets is being addressed/completed timely.
- Continually seek program process improvements.
- Define and direct formal communication methods and establish open and consistent communication with all levels within the organization. Provide program status reports and facilitate inter-program communication.
- Provide direction and ensure team is following defined governance process and procedures.
- Hold teams accountable for meeting goals and objectives.
- Direct/support problem resolution for system outages the team is engaged in and facilitating using a pro-active and constructive approach.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a business related field or equivalent experience.
- Ten years of strategic planning experience, including five years managing complex multisystem and/or multiple department projects.
- Experience utilizing interviewing/negotiation skills; coordinating and facilitating small and large group meetings; utilizing planning/organization skills and techniques; managing multiple priorities and project staff; and utilizing analysis and problem solving skills.
- Ability to communicate with all levels of the organization to guide in strategic planning fundamentals and plan execution.
- Proficiency using MS Office and project development/management tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in a relevant field.
- Expert level skills relating to project management theory, tools and practice.
- Change management and training experience.
Working Conditions:

Compensation:
The salary for this position generally ranges between $120,000-$140,000. This range is an estimate, based on potential employee qualifications, operational needs and other considerations permitted by law. The range may vary above and below the stated amounts, as permitted by Colorado Equal Pay Transparency Rule 4.1.2.
Bonus Eligibility:
This position is also typically eligible for an Annual Bonus based on the Company Bonus Plan/Individual Performance and is at Company Discretion.
