Senior Digital Experience Specialist
Responsibilities
- Enhance user experiences to achieve evolving business goals with innovative digital solutions.
- Use thorough knowledge of assigned focus area to facilitate the use of digital properties across an extensive portfolio.
- Execute on digital product roadmaps, initiatives, and mid to large-scale projects.
- Collaborate with functional areas such as technology, legal and compliance, customer experience, innovation, thought leadership and business operations to ensure best practices are followed.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, computer science or related field, or equivalent experience
- Five years of experience in the digital space
- Proficient knowledge of user centered design and digital technologies relevant to assigned focus area
- Excellent written, oral and presentation skills to engage and influence partners and stakeholders
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the financial services industry

Compensation
The Salary for this position generally ranges between $97,000.00 - $125,000.00 annually. Please note that the salary range is a good faith estimate for this position and actual starting pay is determined by several factors including qualifications, experience, geography, work location designation (in-office, hybrid, remote) and operational needs. Salary may vary above and below the stated amounts, as permitted by applicable law.Additionally, this position is typically eligible for an Annual Bonus based on the Company Bonus Plan/Individual Performance and is at the Company’s discretion.

This is a hybrid position requiring three days in office per week in one of our hub locations (list locations that are applicable). Relocation assistance will not be provided for this position.

Sr UX Designer
Job Summary
Integrate business strategies into an exceptional digital user experience (UX) across multiple platforms. Support the execution of data driven design and usability of properties across an extensive portfolio.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with groups in technology, customer experience, innovation, visual design, branding and business operations to establish practices for designing positive end-to-end experiences at all user touch points.
Align business requirements, use cases and user needs to create simple and elegant product interfaces.
Support research activities to understand consumer needs, opportunities and pain points.
Interpret research data to shape design solutions that meet both business and consumer needs.
Create visual artifacts to articulate, inform and validate ideas (prototypes, wireframes, sketches, journey maps, personas, etc.).
Build strong relationships across the global organization.
Keep up-to-date on digital technologies.
May support/coach team members.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in marketing, computer science or related for, or relevant work experience in user experience, interaction and visual design for the web/mobile/social
Five years of experience in the digital space
Experience in responsive and adaptive design
Record/portfolio in user-centered design processes, site map creation, information architecture, user personas, wireframes, flows, etc.
Proficient in prototyping and design tools (Sketch, Figma, Abstract, Invision) and collaboration software (Miro, Microsoft Teams)
Knowledge of CSS, HTML5, JavaScript and CMS products
Understanding best practices in web accessibility
Understanding of Agile development processes/methodologies
Communication and relationship building skills to guide team members
Analytical and problem solving skills to work on complex challenges requiring an in-depth evaluation of various factors
Ability to adapt to changing and ambiguous environments
