Sales Trainer (Denver)
Responsibilities
- Manage onboarding process including preemployment communications with new hires and hiring managers, requests for system set up, delivery of orientation program content, evaluations, and record-keeping.
- Conduct live and virtual new hire training courses covering a myriad of topics/modalities appropriate to the audience.
- Provide management with activity records and learner feedback evaluations as requested.
- Participate in the development and modification of training materials to improve the learning experience.
- Serve as the onboarding subject matter expert; answer questions and provide guidance to management, staff, and other stakeholders as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a business field or equivalent education/experience
- Good understanding of learning and development theory and practices
- Documentation and technical writing skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to work on a team and independently
- Ability to incorporate creative and innovative solutions in a learning environment
- Project management skills
- Proficiency using MS Office tools
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of the financial services industry
- Experience with learning management systems
- Knowledge of adult learning principles
Working Conditions
- Hybrid/remote environment
- Occasional travel
The Salary for this position generally ranges between $61,000-$70,000 annually. Please note that the salary range is a good faith estimate for this position and actual starting pay is determined by several factors including qualifications, experience, geography, work location designation (in-office, hybrid, remote) and operational needs. Salary may vary above and below the stated amounts, as permitted by applicable law.
Additionally, this position is typically eligible for an Annual Bonus of 6% based on the Company Bonus Plan/Individual Performance and is at the Company’s discretion.
