Policy Illustration Specialist
Responsibilities
- Manage auto-generated requests to prepare illustrations for policy issuance.
- Input data within the system to generate and upload the appropriate illustrations.
- Receive, catalog, and track the progress of illustration requests.
- Identify system related issues and provide possible solutions; elevate to leadership as necessary.
- Ensure sales and distribution teams are kept current on the status of requests.
- Collaborate on special projects, workflow optimization, and improvement efforts.
Qualifications
- General office or data entry experience
- Life and health license (or obtain within six months of hire)
- Excellent data entry skills and attention to detail
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload
- Good communication skills to collaborate with various teams
- Good problem solving skills to resolve issues
- Proficient using MS Office
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the insurance or financial services industry
- Familiarity with policy illustration systems and processes

Compensation

The Salary for this position is $22.50/hr. This range is an estimate, based on potential qualifications and operational needs. Salary may vary above and below the stated amounts, as permitted by applicable law.
Additionally, this position is typically eligible for a 6% Annual Bonus based on the Company Bonus Plan/Individual Performance and is at Company discretion.
