Intermediate Client Support Specialist
Responsibilities
- Monitor and distribute emails and faxes; log in record systems.
- Prepare incoming paperwork for review or processing; open, distribute, log or scan physical mail.
- Monitor queues for paperwork to be processed or distributed; assign to appropriate work queues (e.g. to sales assistant for review, advisor for electronic signature, LOAs, advisory/annuity paperwork).
- Submit distributions for processing and assign to sales assistants for follow-up.
- Research phone numbers for advisors and agents as needed
- Submit distributions for processing and assign for follow-up.
- Handle blotters received from checks.
- Research phone numbers for advisors and agents as needed.
- Respond and follow through on moderately complex operational issues; research causes and suggest resolutions.
- Communicate with necessary parties in writing and verbally to facilitate mid-market PA signatures, NIGOs, etc.
- Resolve advisor’s and company’s check NIGOs
- Keep current on company products and service offerings.
May perform the following based on career track:
- Assist with onboarding advisors or agents as assigned.
- Follow-up with clients on outstanding new account paperwork within set timeframe.
- Assist clients with paperwork completion.
- Answer incoming client calls and respond to request for forms, general inquiries, and status requests.
- Make outgoing calls to follow up on outstanding paperwork and requirements.
Qualifications
- One year of relevant experience, preferably in the financial services experience
- Excellent customer service skills
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy
- Excellent time management skills and prioritization skills
- Ability to meet deadlines in a high-volume work environment
- Ability to adapt quickly to change
- Proficiency using MS Office tools
Preferred Qualifications
- Customer service or brokerage/financial services industry experience

Compensation
The salary for this position generally ranges between $45,000 - $53,000 annually. Please note that the salary range is a good faith estimate for this position and actual starting pay is determined by several factors including qualifications, experience, geography, work location designation (in-office, hybrid, remote) and operational needs. Salary may vary above and below the stated amounts, as permitted by applicable law.
Additionally, this position is typically eligible for an Annual Bonus based on the Company Bonus Plan/Individual Performance and is at the Company’s discretion.
