Generate investment changes at the plan and participant level, and provide related support to clients, advisors, TPAs and client executives. Work with client management staff to research and resolve various issues. Execute quality reviews of tasks completed by the team.
Responsibilities
- Review investment change requests for accuracy. Partner with the Resource and Client Compliance & Consulting Services teams to resolve issues.
- Make system updates to recordkeeping system and perform audit review checks to ensure accuracy.
- Process reallocation of plan assets for Defined Benefit plans. Communicate completion with the client and/or Portfolio Strategist, as needed.
- Assist with creating documentation and best practices. Participate in and provide training to peers to further professional development.
- Understand potential problems and communicate possible solutions to enhance efficiency.
- Partner with the Accounting and Fund Trading teams to introduce new investment options to the company’s trading platform.
- Analyze data elements and work with internal parties to resolve issues.
- Review Retirement Plan Documents, including client and participant communications, to ensure investment changes adhere to clients’ requests.
- Respond to service inquiries from clients, advisors, TPAs and client executives.
Qualifications
- Associate’s degree in a business field or equivalent experience
- One year of experience in the pension/retirement industry
- Working knowledge of retirement plan administration and plan pricing
- Strong problem solving, analytical, and organizational skills
- Attention to detail
- Good verbal and written communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- AQT experience
- Proficiency using MS Excel

Compensation
The salary for this position generally ranges between $50,000 - $56,000 annually/per hour. Please note that the salary range is a good faith estimate for this position and actual starting pay is determined by several factors including qualifications, experience, geography, work location designation (in-office, hybrid, remote) and operational needs. Salary may vary above and below the stated amounts, as permitted by applicable law.
Additionally, this position is typically eligible for an Annual Bonus based on the Company Bonus Plan/Individual Performance and is at the Company’s discretion.
