As our Senior Product Governance Manager you will be the overall owner of the management and governance of Aegon’s financial products and platform services and responsible for helping Aegon to meet agreed financial and non-financial targets and compliance requirements.
You will be responsible for performing the Product Lifecyle (PLM) and governance reviews for many of Aegon’s retail & workplace products, as well as developing and maintaining relationships with key internal stakeholders across the Retail and Workplace proposition and operations teams.
You will be responsible for ensuring that all products are compliant with FCA regulations and are operated in accordance with Aegon product life cycle management, procedures and policies.
We’d love to hear from you if you have:
Excellent understanding of Product Development Processes and Product Lifecycle Management
Detailed understanding and working knowledge of pension and investment products including distribution on a platform.
A good understanding of legislation and HMRC and FCA / tPR rules and procedures as they related to Aegon’s products
The ability to effectively negotiate with stakeholders, both internally and externally to meet deadlines and gain support from different areas of the business.
Strong analytical and problem solving abilities - ability to analyse and understand complex regulatory and technical context
A clear communication style and be able to present at different levels of technical knowledge.
