There may be occasional travel to help the team and wider business to deliver in-person events.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Having focused discussions and informing the customer of all the relevant options, risks and benefits in regard to their pension products and tax implications.
- Answering any technical questions to enable them to make an informed decision.
- Delivering a first-class customer experience for over telephone.
- Delivering in-person pension guidance appointments.
We’d love to hear from you if you have:

- Previously worked well as part of a team and with other departments to help develop potential customer referrals.
- Ability to prioritise and organise a demanding workload to meet volume targets within a regulatory environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills - the ability to take control of a situation and be proactive in finding solutions.
What’s in it for you?
- We’re serious about your future and our enhanced pension scheme is now in place. We ask you to contribute 3% of your salary to your pension and we’ll put in 9%. If you decide to contribute more, we’ll match it up to a combined total of 20% of your salary (that’s 7% from you and 13% from us).
- A discretionary bonus, depending on personal and company performance.
- 34 days leave per year (including bank holidays, pro-rated for part-time).
