System Provisioning Manager
What You Will Do
Leadership & Strategy
- Define and execute a provisioning strategy focused on AD, Mainframe, and UNIX platforms.
- Lead and mentor a team of provisioning professionals, fostering growth and accountability.
- Partner with senior leadership to prioritize provisioning needs and address operational risks.
- Stay informed on industry trends and best practices in platform provisioning.
Policy & Governance
- Establish and maintain provisioning Business Process Documents and procedures specific to AD, Mainframe, and UNIX.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks (e.g., SOX, PCI-DSS, NIST, ISO 27001).
- Support regular audits and assessments to identify gaps and drive improvements.
Technical Oversight
- Oversee provisioning lifecycle processes, including onboarding, role changes, and offboarding for AD, Mainframe, and UNIX.
- Implement access controls, authentication mechanisms, and audit trails to support secure provisioning.
- Ensure timely and accurate provisioning aligned with business needs.
Metrics & Performance Management
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators, including SLA adherence, turnaround time (TAT), request volume, Quality, and operational efficiency.
- Use data-driven insights to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for process optimization.
- Collaborate with analytics and reporting teams to ensure accurate and timely metric tracking.
Incident Management
- Lead response efforts for provisioning-related incidents or access issues.
- Perform root cause analysis and develop remediation plans.
- Collaborate with security and IT teams to mitigate risks and prevent recurrence.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Work closely with IT, Risk, Compliance, and other teams to ensure cohesive access management.
- Communicate provisioning strategies, updates, and metrics to stakeholders.
Training & Awareness
- Develop training programs to promote provisioning best practices.
- Foster a culture of security and accountability through ongoing education and awareness.
What You Will Need:
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field, or equivalent knowledge
- 8+ years of experience in access provisioning or identity management, or equivalent knowledge through education and experience.
- Proven leadership experience managing technical teams.
- Strong understanding of provisioning concepts, tools, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred
- Master’s degree in a related field.
- Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CRISC.
