Intermediate Business Information Analyst
Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain SaaS HR applications ensuring optimal performance and availability. Applications include but are not limited to Workday, WeLearn, O.C. Tanner, Gloat, and other related HR applications. Some experience in working with applications in these domains is preferred.
- Collaborate with HR and IT teams to gather requirements and implement new systems and enhancements.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for HR applications, resolving issues promptly.
- Configure and customize HR applications to meet business needs
- Ensure data integrity and perform regular audits of HR systems.
- Develop and maintain custom reports and dashboards.
- Manage user access and security roles within HR applications.
- Stay updated with the latest features and updates of the SaaS HR applications, assessing their impact on existing processes.
- Conduct training sessions for end-users as needed and create documentation.
- Participate in system upgrades, testing, and implementation of new HR applications.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Human Resources, or a related field, or 3 years equivalent work experience.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a globally distributed team.
- Ability to juggle multiple competing priorities.
- Experience with HR applications such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or Oracle HCM is a plus.
