Application Provisioning Administrator
What You Will Do:
- Provision and manage user access across multiple business applications, ensuring compliance with internal security policies and external regulations.
- Process access requests submitted through ServiceNow/OneForm, adhering to established security guidelines and procedures.
- Evaluate and enforce appropriate access levels based on role, business need, and security standards.
- Monitor user access for compliance and take corrective action when noncompliant situations are identified.
- Provide Level 2 support for access-related issues escalated by the Customer Service Center (CSC).
- Collaborate with application owners, IT teams, and business users to ensure accurate and timely provisioning.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of documentation for provisioning processes and procedures.
- Support audit and compliance efforts by maintaining accurate records and participating in access reviews.
- Analyze and recommend improvements to provisioning workflows to enhance efficiency and reduce turnaround time (TAT).
- Track and report on key metrics including SLA adherence, request volume, and provisioning efficiency.
- Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for application provisioning and mentor junior team members.
What You Will Need:
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent knowledge.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in application provisioning or access management.
- Strong understanding of Windows security and enterprise application access controls.
- Ability to maintain regulatory compliance (e.g., SOX).
- Experience with scripting (PowerShell or VB) is desirable.
- Excellent communication, customer service, and decision-making skills.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
