Intermediate Client Reporting Analyst
The Budapest Client Reporting team is responsible for creating various reports for investors on a daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual, or ad hoc basis for clients located in the United Kingdom, in the United States, and clients that invested in a UK or US fund. This includes standardized and bespoke client or fund reports and other types of reports. We are not directly connected to the investors, we send reports to the internal Client Servicing teams, who then send them to the external clients. Dealing with client questions related to the reports we make.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the accurate and timely production of external and internal investment reporting.
- Work closely with various stakeholders to increase awareness of the team and its processes and maintain and develop working relationships.
- Continuously identify and implement process improvements.
- Participate in various internal projects / change initiatives.
- Compliance with all relevant policies and standards
Qualifications and Skills:
- A Bachelor or Master’s degree in e.g. Business Administration or Finance
- 2 – 5 years of relevant working experience is preferred but is not required
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities, able to deal with complex problems
- Knowledge of Power BI, and BlackRock Aladdin are advantages
- Practical knowledge and experience of industry-recognized systems, performance data requirements, and working with large data sets is desirable
- Good communication, problem-solving skills and client focus
- Comfortable working under pressure, achieving appropriate accuracy under tight timescales
- Good command of MS Office, especially Excel
- Fluent written and verbal English
