Aegon Insights is a wholly owned part of the Aegon Group and operates as an independent direct marketing organization in Asia Pacific. In Australia, the Aegon Insights business is conducted through Aegon Insights Australia Pty Limited ABN 35 082 524 785 AFSL 236657 (Aegon Insights Australia).
Aegon Insights Australia provides a full range of direct insurance administration services from policy servicing, billing, fulfillment, through to customer retention and claims management. We deliver these services on behalf of a number of prominent financial and retail institutions within Australia.
As an Australian Financial Services License holder, we have a culture of compliance and are focused on quality, offering a structure that always safeguards the protection of our business partners' brands.
At Aegon Insights Australia, we are renowned for excellence in contact centre management, which encompasses inbound customer service, contact centre integration support for eCommerce sites and pro-active retention campaigns. Because of our focus on customer experience we were a finalist in 2013 and 2014, for the Auscontact Association Call Centre of the Year Awards.
We have designed a retention program to cultivate customer loyalty through a dedicated retention team as well as having structured processes and pro-active loyalty campaigns to ensure a persistent portfolio.
