The members of Aegon's Executive Committee* work alongside the Board’s executive member(s), and help oversee operational issues and the implementation of Aegon’s strategy.

Members are drawn from Aegon's functional, business, and country units, and have both regional and global responsibilities. This ensures that Aegon is managed as an integrated international business. The Executive Committee provides vital support and expertise in pursuit of the company's strategic objectives.
