Aegon the Netherlands has signed the Diversity Charter as part of its commitment to promoting diversity and inclusion in the workplace.

Clim Parren, Chief People Officer at Aegon the Netherlands, signed the Diversity Charter on December 10.
The Charter is a declaration of intent and is aimed at employers in both the public and private sector. By signing the Charter, Aegon the Netherlands shows its commitment to Inclusion and Diversity in the workplace in the Netherlands.
The Charter provides support for the diversity policy and gives our Dutch business access to a valuable community where knowledge and experience are exchanged. Some 231 companies have already signed up to the Charter in the Netherlands, and more than 10,000 have done so across Europe.
