Product Delivery Associate
Responsibilities
- Assist in creating monthly reporting for finance, third party risk management, and department leadership.
- Assist in quarterly and annual audit reviews in adherence with processes and procedures.
- Assist in monthly and quarterly reviews to ensure vendor partners adhere to service level metrics.
- Manage quarterly advisor payments.
- Work with HSA vendor partners to ensure forms, communications, and notifications are relevant and up to date.
- Facilitate third party risk management and state filing activities by gathering required documents and information.
- Aid in resolution of advisor, employer, and participant questions escalated through client relationship or implementation teams, or directly from advisor relationships.
- Provide implementation support for advice services including data entry in Salesforce and helping internal teams with specific functions related to advice services.
- Assist with internal training for client relationship and operational teams as needed.
- Assist in the creation of implementation process documents.
- Assist with driving new efficiencies that are cost effective, minimize manual work efforts, and minimize operational risk across the asset allocation and advice services.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a business field or equivalent experience
- Two years of experience in a position requiring detailed knowledge of products and/or systems in the insurance/financial services industry
- Proficient in one or more of the following product lines: life insurance, annuity products, retirement plans, health insurance, casualty insurance and group/employer sponsored insurance products
- Working knowledge of systems that support at least one product line and impact multiple functional areas
- Communication skills to convey complex information to audiences at all levels of the organization
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to executive deliverables
- Creative thinker able to find solutions and drive continuous improvement to the product process
- Results driven with the ability to meet tight deadlines using time management, multitasking, and organizational skills
- Analytical skills and attention to detail
- Project management skills
- Proficient with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MS Project)

Compensation

The Salary for this position generally ranges between $55-65K. This range is an estimate, based on potential qualifications and operational needs. Salary may vary above and below the stated amounts, as permitted by applicable law.
Additionally, this position is typically eligible for an Annual Bonus based on the Company Bonus Plan/Individual Performance and is at Company discretion.
