The Job:
Aegon’s Global Technology Services - Security (GTS-security) establishes and maintains the information security policy and standards; metrics; awareness & training, as well as deploys a global Security Operations Centre and operates global Identity, Cloud and Network Security. There is a strong connection with the local business unit information security teams to cohesively work together to deliver the suite of information security services to Aegon.
As a Data Analyst your role will reside within the GTS Information Security Analytics and Reporting team. The GTS Information Security Analytics and Reporting team is responsible for data gathering, data analysis and reporting to Aegon Group how secure our organization is. The team also makes recommendations regarding areas that require improvement based upon the reporting output.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Data gathering and analysis
Validating correctness of data
Tracking and storage of data evidence
Power BI dashboard support and automation
Building relationship with reporting sources and local Business Unit Information Security (reporting) teams
We’d love to hear from you if you have/are:
Knowledge of and experience in data analysis/ data gathering
Results-driven with a bias towards practical solution
Enjoy working within a Team
Written and verbal communication skills enabling effective articulation of process and procedures to a technical and non-technical audience
Experienced in Microsoft Office tools like Excel and Powerpoint
Demonstrated delivery (planning & reporting) and client relationship skills
It’d also be great – but not essential - if you have:
Knowledge of and/or experience in Power BI dashboard development
Experience with PowerAutomate
Experience with Python programming, SQL, deep excel skills: office scripts
