We are looking for a Presentations Specialist to come and join our Marketing team to support the communication and promotion of AAM’s investment capabilities and products to our target markets, through the effective design, production, maintenance, and delivery of accurate, engaging and compliant presentation materials.
Key responsibilities include:
- Designing, producing, maintaining and delivering AAM’s presentations and presentation slides, ensuring all materials are on-brand, visually engaging, and communicating messages clearly and consistently.
- Delivering presentations on time and in the most effective format to meet the high expectations of internal stakeholders and clients.
- Maintaining existing slides efficiently and accurately, ensuring content remains current and relevant.
- Liaising with the technical experts within AAM to gather the necessary data and information to enable the effective presentation of investment capabilities, products, strategies, house views and opinions to all client segments and markets.
- Building and managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders, establishing trust and credibility while managing expectations effectively.
- Keeping up to date and informed of regulatory frameworks, compliance requirements, and risk considerations relevant to the role.
- Ensuring compliance with any regulatory and legislative requirements, ensuring that risks are identified, reported and managed accordingly. This includes adherence to SMCR Conduct Rules, if appropriate.
We’d love to hear from you if you:
- Have proven marketing experience within financial services, with sufficient understanding of investment products and asset classes to be able to define and manipulate data as required.
- Have extensive experience using PowerPoint and/or other presentation building applications.
- Have intermediate Excel experience to allow for effective data management.
- Have excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills.
- Are disciplined and well organised, able to work under pressure and to meet tight deadlines.
- Possess excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and build strong working relationships.
