Leadership Development Professional
As a Leadership Development Professional, you will play a crucial role in designing and driving our global talent management strategy to build a high-quality talent pipeline and identify future leaders. You will work closely with Talent Leads and Diversity & Inclusion specialists to develop and deploy effective talent strategies for our global top 90.
A significant part of your role will involve developing and implementing executive programs aimed at enhancing leadership capabilities at the highest levels of the organization. Your responsibilities will include implementing our new Global Talent Strategy, translating it into a coordinated talent management approach, and resetting our talent management processes to align with our new purpose and leadership behaviors.
You will be part of the Global HR function, reporting to the Global Head of Talent & Inclusion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and drive the global talent management strategy to build a high-quality talent pipeline.
- Develop and deploy effective talent strategies for professionals and leaders in collaboration with Talent Leads and Diversity & Inclusion specialists.
- Implement the new global Talent Strategy and translate it into a coordinated talent management approach.
- Reset talent management processes and practices to align with the new purpose and leadership behaviors.
- Assessing current state and build/deliver recommendation for our leadership development model for the Top 90+
- Program manage existing design of program with our selected business school, stakeholder with steering committee and divisional TLI for feedback and input
- Aid in building materials to illustrate the current and future offer
- Thought leadership in clarifying executive leadership model
- Build a streamlined approach to segmenting talents and implement targeted interventions for each segment.
- Develop and implement executive programs to enhance leadership capabilities at the highest levels of the organization.
- Provide thought leadership on talent management and influence its systematic application across the organization.
- Perform analysis of talent metrics and qualitative information to advise design, set objectives for talent initiatives, and measure effectiveness.
- Contribute to effective talent strategies within a matrix organizational structure.
- Assess, improve, and apply existing programs and practices, and build new interventions.
- Ensure the sustainable success of talent development initiatives, aligning them with organizational goals and implementing them on time and within budget.
- Drive the talent review process, interact with management and Talent Leads, and contribute to follow-up actions.
- Build relationships of trust with talents and key partners, identify and discuss development needs, and provide effective development interventions.
Requirements:
- International experience, knowledge, and perspective to support the organization's culture and build an environment that respects and values differences.
- Profound passion for talent management, strong program management skills, and the ability to collaborate with a wide variety of employees, departments, leadership teams, and third parties.
- Experience in realizing change in practices and policies to assure more inclusion.
- Ability to advise leaders on demonstrating inclusive leadership and leading diverse teams.
- Experience within a corporate organization and working across geographies.
- Ability to connect with and engage in impactful dialogue with senior talent.
- Ability to translate state-of-the-art talent management concepts into pragmatic, concrete approaches.
- Strong program and process management skills.
- Analytical skills with the ability to use data to create, develop, and implement talent strategies.
- Experience in Leadership development running programs and coordination
- Experience in building on executive competencies
- Knowledge of assessments
- Collaborative, used to working in hybrid and global environments with multiple stakeholders
- Hands-on and pragmatic team player with a sense of humor.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- Likely more than 10 years of work experience within Talent Management or related subject areas.
- Self-starter who enjoys creating networks and working together as an international community.
- Digital native with curiosity around AI and makes top notch slide-decks
- Open-minded, eager to learn, and comfortable with ambiguity.
- Ability to think conceptually, analyze, and bring structure.

- Compensation levels depend upon an applicant’s qualifications and will be determined by hiring supervisors/managers and HR.
- You will receive a thirteenth month and a holiday allowance in the form of a monthly flex budget, amounting to 16.7% of your monthly salary
