Reporting Developer
What You Will Do:
Design, develop, and deploy custom applications using Power Apps.
Automate business processes using Power Automate (formerly Microsoft Flow).
Create and manage data visualizations and reports using Power BI.
Integrate Power Platform solutions with other Microsoft services (e.g., Viva, Azure, Dynamics 365, CoPilot, Agents) and third-party applications.
Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
Provide technical operations support (configuration and change management) and also ensuring the applications are compliant and secure.
Stay up-to-date with the latest features and updates in the Power Platform ecosystem.
Conduct training sessions and create documentation to support end-users.
Participate in the Community of Practices across the group.
What You Will Need
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, SharePoint, Power Virtual Agents).
Strong understanding of data modeling, data integration, and data visualization.
Proficiency in SQL, T-SQL, and Microsoft Fabric.
Familiarity with REST APIs and web services.
Knowledge of Azure services and how they integrate with Power Platform.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred
Microsoft Power Platform certifications (e.g., PL-100, PL-200, PL-400).
Experience with Agile development methodologies.
Knowledge of Dynamics 365 and its integration with Power Platform.
Experience with version control systems and ticketing systems (preferably ServiceNow).
Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools (Azure, Jira)
