Entitlement Review Analyst
The GTS Entitlement Review Team’s primary objective is to conduct entitlement reviews for Aegon business units required by internal and external auditors and regulatory requirements.
This analyst position will assist the current team supporting the business areas to meet the increasing demand for the entitlement review service by conducting entitlement reviews of applications, databases, servers, and privilege access by abiding to strict adherence to an established compliant process. Requests can originate from Aegon’s global business areas and can span across country units.

What You Will Need:
Qualifications
- Knowledge of internal controls, audit, or risk management functions
- Strong analysis capability and ability to implement process definition, introduction and improvements
- Excellent communication skills in writing and communication information in a clear, concise manner.
- Proven analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to interact with people at all levels
- Self-starter and highly motivated
- Strong customer service background - particularly relating to Service Operation, but with in-depth knowledge and experience of Change, Release, Incident and Problem Management.
- Time Management
- Organizational skills: ability to plan and organize
- Ability to multitask
- Proficient in excel and other Microsoft tools
Preferred:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent knowledge in risk management and controls.
- 1-2 years experience with internal controls, audit or risk management services in a financial services industry,
