Aegon Ltd.'s Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGM) today approved all resolutions on the agenda. This included the final dividend for 2024 of EUR 0.19 per common share, bringing Aegon’s total dividend for 2024 to EUR 0.35 per common share. The meeting also approved all proposed appointments to the Board of Directors, including the reappointment of three existing members and the election of three new members.
