Transamerica, our largest business, has once again been named one of America's Best Insurance Companies for 2027 by Forbes. The annual ranking, based on an independent survey of more than 18,000 U.S. consumers, evaluated insurers on customer recommendations, satisfaction and loyalty, along with factors such as customer service, transparency, digital services and value.
In an article published on Transamerica.com, Transamerica says that the the recognition comes as the business continues to gain ground in the life insurance marketplace following a multi-year effort to transform how it delivers life insurance products and services.
