Forbes Advisor compiles insurance industry data from their own research and other sources to help consumers evaluate their choices while weighing financial goals and budgets. For buyers in their 50s, Forbes Advisor said that Transamerica’s Trendsetter® Super term policy should be considered for “its top-notch policy features that are available for older ages and excellent rates.”
The financial news and review platform also gave Transamerica top marks for reliable policy quotes. In addition, the publication praised Transamerica’s Trendsetter® Living Benefits term life policy for its option for a policyholder to access their own death benefit early if they develop a chronic or critical illness.
This second recognition for Transamerica follows only about a week after leading US newspaper, USA Today, named Transamerica the top choice for life insurance in four categories, including best for buyers in their 50s.
The four categories were:
- Best no-exam life insurance
- Best for living benefits
- Best for buyers in their 50s
- Best for seniors
The accolades from Forbes Advisor and USA Today come at an important time for Transamerica.
