Shareholder Circular
On August 17, 2023, upon convocation of the meetings of shareholders that will be held in connection with the proposed change of legal domicile on September 29 and September 30, 2023, a Shareholder Circular was published and made available on Aegon’s website. The contents of the Shareholder Circular are substantially similar to the Registration Statement on Form F-4 (the Registration Statement) that Aegon publicly filed with the SEC on August 17, 2023. The Registration Statement is also available on Aegon’s website.

On August 17, 203, upon convocation of the meetings of shareholders that will be held in connection with the proposed change of legal domicile on September 29 and September 30, 2023, a Registration Statement on Form F-4 was publicly filed with the SEC and has been made available on Aegon’s website. The contents of the Registration Statement are substantially similar to the Shareholder Circular that Aegon published on August 17, 2023. The Shareholder Circular is available on Aegon's website.
