Jennifer Palmieri has more than 25 years of experience leading enterprise people strategies that strengthen organizational performance, support business transformation, and enhance employee engagement across complex, highly regulated industries. From 2020 to 2026, Ms. Palmieri served as Chief People Officer at Westfield Insurance. Prior to Westfield, she spent nearly 18 years of her career in health insurance at Cigna, where she held several senior HR roles, ultimately serving as Senior Vice President, Human Resources Officer.
Ms. Palmieri joined Aegon as Chief Human Resources Officer and member of Aegon’s Executive Committee in June 2026. She also serves on the Executive Committee of US business, Transamerica, which represents around 70% of Aegon’s operations.
